A 2,225-square-foot remodel that combined two operating rooms into one state-of-the-art hybrid operating room. Performed multi-phased project with uninterrupted service to the other ORs. Included integrated cardiovascular monitoring, lighting, sound, and video systems. Electrical work included power, conduit, and connection for HVAC units to energy management system; conduits and raceway for data connections; and code blue and staff assist to tie in to local system. Upgraded HVAC system to provided adequate cooling for suite. Mechanical upgrades included new plumbing, pipe fixtures, relocation of med gas and fire sprinkler heads as required for new OR suite layout. pgraded aging wood structure, framing, and doors for desired department layout. Remodeled both men’s & women’s locker rooms. Remodeled restrooms for ADA compliance. Added new lighting, casework, and finishes.
