A 1,600-square-foot remodel of a De-Commissioned Linear Accelerator Vault and suite to accommodate Tomotherapy Highly Integrated Adaptive Radiotherapy (HI-ART). Consisted of significant structural upgrades for shielding, equipment footing, recessed raceways and lasers, HVAC, and exterior hatch in sidewall for rigging. Installed 45 tons of lead brick to create a complete Radiation Protection System. Electrical work included a complete distribution system from source of power throughout equipment, lighting, ceiling murals, data, fire alarm, and power to HVAC units. Mechanical work included 7-ton split system, refurbished air handler, and complete compressed air system. New high-end casework and finishes installed throughout suite.
